Symptoms
When you are installing Report Commander, the setup program prompts you with the following warning message:
The installation of Crystal Reports 13 Runtime appears to have failed. Do you want to continue the installation?
Cause
This warning occurs if you already have a later version of the Crystal Reports runtime components installed.
Resolution
Click Yes to continue with installation. Report Commander should install and run without issue.
